Make the inquiry comparable before it is submitted

- Define the desired pulp through observable texture, permitted coarse matter and the next process use rather than through a product name alone.
- State the requested production basis together with the described feed, preparation, target output and acceptable reject or loss basis.
- Identify what should pass with pulp and what should remain with seeds, skins, pits, fibres or other reject, including how both streams will be judged.

Keep the request stable during comparison
- Keep unlike feed conditions as separate duty records when they may change preparation, product character or reject behaviour. If one inquiry covers several fruits or seasonal states, identify which production basis and acceptance observations belong to each condition. This prevents a response for an easier feed from being interpreted as evidence for every material included in the project.
- Give the RFQ record a controlled revision and assign ownership for technical, hygiene, interface and commercial clarifications.
